Information from children

We do not knowingly collect any personal information directly from children under the age of 13. If we discover we have received any personal information from a child under the age of 13 in violation of this Policy, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information as quickly as possible. All SecureEVAs data is stored in the United States. SecureEVAs uses Venn for hosting all systems that are used to support SecureEVAs clients. The Venn Privacy Policy can be found here.

All employees receive privacy and security training upon hiring and annually thereafter to ensure they understand how to manage data responsibly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website, and material changes will be communicated appropriately.

Violations

SecureEVAs takes privacy and data protection obligations seriously. Any unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or handling of personal information in violation of this policy is strictly prohibited. Such violations may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contractual agreements, and may also lead to legal consequences as applicable. All suspected violations will be investigated promptly, and necessary corrective and preventive actions will be taken.
